Caitlin grew up in the Valley and has been coaching club volleyball for the past 6 years. In addition to her club coaching experience, Caitlin also coaches the  Freshman Girls Volleyball Team at Horizon High School. She joined Revolution in November of 2020 and is Impact and SafeSport certified. 

Caitlin played club volleyball in the Phoenix area for 5 years as an outside hitter. She also played as an outside hitter and defensive specialist at Pinnacle High School, joining the Varsity team as a Sophomore in the Fall of 2016. After High School, Caitlin chose to take a break from volleyball to pursue a degree in Environmental Engineering at Northern Arizona University. Caitlin works full time as an Environmental Engineer for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality when she’s not coaching and feels very lucky that her work-life balance allows her to pursue her passion of coaching volleyball. 

Caitlin loves working with players of all ages and focusing on helping her players grow- as volleyball players and as people. Caitlin has worked hard to develop her own coaching style and loves learning from the other experienced coaches at Revolution to continue her development as a coach. She believes that developing positive and communicative relationships with her players throughout the season is the most effective way to help them reach their full potential and motivate them to improve. Caitlin is excited for another season at Revolution and can’t wait to see what the upcoming season will bring
